Description

This is a delicious dish which can be served alongside a leafy salad, can be eaten warm or cold.

Ingredients

Crown Prince Squash (scored and drizzle olive oil)
1 clv
garlic (Finely chopped)
250 g
Chestnut mushrooms (chopped)
3 T
creme fraiche

Instructions

  1. Score and place squash on a baking tray, leave to cook for 40 mins
  2. Prepare mushrooms and then fry until golden brown
  3. Add in garlic into the pan and fry for a few mins
  4. Reduce the heat and add in the creme fraiche
  5. Remove the squash and dice into cubes
  6. Lay squash over the top of the mushrooms and serve
