- 150g celariac
- 200g cabbage
- 100g pear
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoon yoghurt or mayo
- 2 handfuls mixed nuts
- 2 handfuls dried fruits
Instructions
- Chop veg into thin slices
- Mix in curry powder to yoghurt or mayo
- Run the thinly sliced veg through the yoghurt / mayo
- Season with lime juice
