Spring has finally sprung, time to enjoy this light pasta dish by @_mikeeats

Ingredients

  • 200g wild garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan
  • 100g pine nuts
  • 350g pasta

Instructions

  1. Bring pasta to boil
  2. Lightly toast pine nuts
  3. Sweat garlic
  4. Mix ingredients together
  5. Season and add a healthy smattering of parmesan!
