Description
Batons of swede become irresistibly nutty-sweet when roasted. A touch of smoked paprika adds depth and richness.
Ingredients
- 1 swede, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Coarse salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 210C degrees. Toss swede with oil. Season with smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Divide between two baking sheets in a single layer. Roast until tender, flipping once, about 40 minutes.
