Description

Use the Ripple Farm stir-fry pack to create a quick and delicious meal

Ingredients

  • 1 pack soba noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 romano pepper, sliced
  • 1 summer squash, sliced
  • 1 Local Greens stir-fry pack
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the soba noodles as per the package instructions
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli flakes. Stir frequently and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
  3. Add the onions, peppers and squash and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add the stir-fry leaves, and allow them to wilt for 1 - 2 minutes
  4. Add in the soy, hoisin and fish sauces and mix through.  Add the prepared soba noodles and stir everything together. Adjust salt and pepper to tase and serve
