Description
Use the Ripple Farm stir-fry pack to create a quick and delicious meal
Ingredients
- 1 pack soba noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 romano pepper, sliced
- 1 summer squash, sliced
- 1 Local Greens stir-fry pack
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the soba noodles as per the package instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli flakes. Stir frequently and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add the onions, peppers and squash and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add the stir-fry leaves, and allow them to wilt for 1 - 2 minutes
- Add in the soy, hoisin and fish sauces and mix through. Add the prepared soba noodles and stir everything together. Adjust salt and pepper to tase and serve
