Description

Simple asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, tough part of stem removed
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Place the asparagus in an oven proof dish. Pour over the olive oil, sprinkle over the salt crystals, toss to coat the stems. Cover with foil. Cook in the oven at 180c for 15 to 20 mins, till stems are tender. Serve with garlic butter, hollandaise, mayonaise, or sauce of your choice.
