Sherry Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon chopped shallots
  • 8 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Whisk shallots, vinegar and mustard in medium bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in oil. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Notes

Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before using.
