Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

Crush sea salt in a mortar. Add garlic and then mustard and mix in with circular movements
Add freshly milled black pepper to taste
Add vinegar in with circular movements
Add shallot and oil and whisk thoroughly
