Sauteed Mustard Greens

Ingredients

  • 100g mustard greens, washed in cold water, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon water or broth
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Place the mustard greens in a skillet on medium heat and pour the water or broth into the pan. Season the greens with salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil and lemon juice to coat.

Notes

Serving suggestion: add the mustard greens to a plate of pasta and top with pine nuts & Parmesan cheese
