Ingredients
- 1 kg rhubarb, washed and diced
- 80ml fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoon orange zest
- 350g sugar
- 100ml water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a pan.
- Bring to boil and then reduce to medium to low heat for 30 minutes.
- Spoon into sterilised jars.
