Description

The taste of Seville and South East England together for a bright and tangy flavour!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg rhubarb, washed and diced
  • 80ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 350g sugar
  • 100ml water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan.
  2. Bring to boil and then reduce to medium to low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Spoon into sterilised jars.
