Portobello Mushroom and Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 portobello mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • a dash of olive oil
  • coarse sea salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • balsamic vinegar
  • double cream

Instructions

  • Melt butter and add a dash of olive oil
  • Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper
  • Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes
  • Add balsamic vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes
  • Add cream and heat through
