Peanut Egg Noodle Tatsoi

Description

A comforting meal to have on a relaxing night in.

Ingredients

  • 6 cup tatsoi
  • 2 cup carrots, raw and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3.5 cup egg noodles, seasoned with satay sauce
  • ¼ cup onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Saute the garlic in the oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add carrots and onion saute 5 mintues.
  3. Add tatsoi and saute till tender.
  4. Mix together ingredients for sauce.
  5. Pour over mixutre.
  6. Stir fry a few minutes. Serve over noodles
