Description

Kale Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150C/300F/Gas Mark
  2. Rinse and dry the kale. Remove the stems and any tough centre ribs.
  3. Cut into large pieces, put in a bowl and toss with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Arrange the leaves on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
