- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- Preheat the oven to 150C/300F/Gas Mark
- Rinse and dry the kale. Remove the stems and any tough centre ribs.
- Cut into large pieces, put in a bowl and toss with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
- Arrange the leaves on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
