Description

Great for any type of BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 1 bunch of parley
  • a good glug of olive oil
  • 150g buckwheat
  • 100g chopped veg of choice

Instructions

150g of buckwheat, cover with water, bring to boil, then turn really low and cook till all water gone and grains seperate.

Wizz mint, parsley and any other fresh herbs with generous glug of olive oil.

Stir into buckwheat until well mixed, season, add any other salad veg that takes your fancy, such as cherry tomatoes or diced cucumber.
