|Crunchy texture and sweet flavours make this an excellent cabbage side dish.|cabbage celariac pears|150g celariac peeled and finely sliced200g cabbage cut in half and shredded100g pear finely sliced1 teaspoon curry powder3 tablespoon yoghurt or mayo2 handfuls mixed nuts2 handfuls dried fruitsjuice from 1/2 a limesalt and pepper to taste|Peel any skin and knobs from the celeriac. Cut the celeriac and cabbage in half and slice as finely as you can. A mandoline is the best equipment for this or a very sharp knife and patient slicing skills. You can also use a peeler to shave the celeriac or grater it.Thinly slice the pear into pieces to match the celeriac and cabbage. Add all fruit and veg slices to a large bowl. In a small bowl mix the curry powder with the yoghurt or mayo. Toss in with the sliced veg and coat well. Add dried fruits and nuts to your liking.
