Ingredients

  • 150g celariac
  • 200g cabbage
  • 100g pear
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon yoghurt or mayo
  • 2 handfuls mixed nuts
  • 2 handfuls dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Chop veg into thin slices
  2. Mix in curry powder to yoghurt or mayo
  3. Run the thinly sliced veg through the yoghurt / mayo
  4. Season with lime juice
  5. Chop dried fruits and nuts and mix in
