Beet Greens with Haricot Beans and Bacon

Rinse beet greens and cut into strips. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Take bacon out of pan and reserve. Add onion to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring, until nicely browned. Stir the garlic into onions and cook for 2 mins. Add chilli flakes, oregano, vinegar and honey and bring to a boil. Add beet greens, cover, and cook till wilted. Stir in beans and bacon bits and heat through. Taste and add salt or pepper if needed.
