A simple, delightful way to cook radishes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 450 g radishes, cut into cubes
- 60 ml rice wine or white wine vinegar
- 1 onion, diced
- 60 ml water
- 2 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add radishes and onion and sautee for 2 minutes
- When the vegetables being to soften, add vinegar and water. Cook the radishes and onion until translucent and tender
- Add honey and stir over heat until the honey dissolves. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
