Description

A simple, delightful way to cook radishes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 450 g radishes, cut into cubes
  • 60 ml rice wine or white wine vinegar
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 60 ml water
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add radishes and onion and sautee for 2 minutes
  2. When the vegetables being to soften, add vinegar and water. Cook the radishes and onion until translucent and tender
  3. Add honey and stir over heat until the honey dissolves. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
