Ingredients

bunch of turnips (peeled and thinly sliced)

whipping cream (!Millilitre )
1 clv
garlic (peeled)

sprig of thyme

white wine vinegar

butter

Instructions

Notes

NOTES : Preheat the oven to 180c. Simmer the cream, garlic, thyme, ehilt wine vinegar and a pinch of salt for 3 minutes. Butter a small gratin dish and layer the turnip, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Strain the cream over the turnip and cook in the oven for 30-40 mons.
