Description

Use the Ripple Farm stir-fry pack to create a quick and delicious meal

Ingredients

summer squash

soba noodles
1 t
ginger
1 pk
stir-fry pack
1 clv
garlic
1 T
oil
2 t
soy sauce
2 t
hoi sin
1 t
fish sauce

Instructions

Prepare the noodles as per the package instructions

Fry up the garlic and add in the chilli flakes, ginger powder and onions, peppers and squash.

Fry for 2 - 3 minutes and then throw in the leaves, wilt for 1 - 2 minutes and add in the soy, hoi sin and fish sauce

Notes

Add chilli, soy and pepper to taste
