Steamed Greens: Baby Kale, Komatsuna, Mizuna and Pak Choi

Baby Kale Leaves

Komatsuna Leaves

Mizuna Leaves

Baby Pak Choi Leaves

Instructions

Trim stems
Fill one eighth of a pot with water and bring to boil
Place all the Greens in a steamer basket
Place the steamer basket (covered) in pot
When wilted but still bright green (less than a minute), remove from heat
 
 

Notes

NOTES : Serve with a bit of Soy Sauce and roasted Black Sesame Seeds
