Savoy cabbage and carrots, Indian style

Ingredients

350 g
savoy cabbage (thinly sliced)
350 g
carrots (peeled and grated)

Green chilli (sliced into thin strips)
4 T
oil (light oil such sunflower)
1 T
black mustard seeds

dried red chilli
1⁄2 t
salt
1⁄2 t
sugar
4 T
fresh corriander (chopped)
1 T
lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oil in a wide frying pan. Add mustard seeds and dried red chilli. Stri till seeds pop, add cabbage, carrots and green chilli. Stir and mix. Add salt, sugar and green corriander. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, till done but still crunchy. Stir lemon juice, checking seasoning and serve.
