Roasted mushroom, pepper and leek pasta

A hearty Monday dish
1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Prep the veg and dress with oil, oregano and seasoning.
3. Pop into a roasting dish and roast for 20 minutes.
4. Prepare the pasta and when ready combine the pasta, crème fraiche, veg and top with parmesan.
