Description

Crunchy slaw with apple and golden beetroot

Ingredients

red cabbage (thinly sliced)

golden beetroot (peeled and julienned)

small eating apples (cox) (thinly sliced)

raisins/sultanas (large handfulls)
2
walnuts (large handfulls chopped)
1
lemon (juice of)
1 t
mustard
2 t
red wine vinegar
2 t
agave nectar or honey
2 T
olive oil

Instructions

Combine the dressing ingredients together and mix well, season to taste.
Toss the salad ingredients together in a large serving bowl. Add the dressingand mix with your hands to combine.
