Quick salad for mixed indian starter

Ingredients

Corn on the cob
1
red onion (diced)
1 t
chaat masala
1
lime (juiced)
1 bn
corriander (finely chopped (small bunch))

Instructions

Cook the corn on the cobs, allow to cool slightly and cut all the corn off the cob. Allow too cool.

Place in a bowl with the diced red onion, a chopped red chilli, 1 tsp chaat masala, the juice of one lime and a small bunch of fresh coriander. Mix well then season to taste with salt.
