Ingredients

onion (Finely chopped)

celery (or fennel tops )
300 mg
veg stock

beetroot

Instructions

This was made with small piece of beef, onions, carrots, cabbage, celery (in this one I did fennel tops), fry this down add water, veg stock, potato, beetroot and boil till all the veg is soft.
