Description

Steamed Greens: Baby Kale, Komatsuna, Mizuna and Pak Choi

Ingredients

  • 10 kale leaves
  • 8 komatsuna leaves
  • 8 mizuna leaves
  • 12 pak choi leaves

Instructions

Trim stems. Fill one eighth of a pot with water and bring to boil. Place all the greens in a steamer basket. Place the steamer basket (covered) in pot . When wilted but still bright green (less than a minute), remove from heat.

Notes

Serve with a bit of Soy Sauce and roasted Black Sesame Seeds
