Broccoli with soy sauce and chilli

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesami seeds, dry roast in a small pan
  • 1 garlic clove, pulped
  • 250g broccoli, split into florets

Instructions

Steam the broccoli. White it cooks, mix the other ingredients (except for the sesami seeds) together to make a sauce. Toss the cooked broccoli in the sauce and garnish with the dry roasted sesami seeds. Serve immediately.
