Tell Us What You Want This Winter

DO YOU KNOW WHAT'S IN THE BAG?

If you checked out our Instagram page yesterday you already know what delicious produce you're in store for this week. Follow us to not miss a What's in the Bag Wednesday post and get a jump start on meal planning, the weekly shop or dreaming up the perfect celeriac recipe.

TELL US WHAT YOU WANT!

This week, we want to hear from you. As winter draws closer to spring, the farmers and fields approach what is known as the Hungry Gap season - the period between old crops and new crops. During this period, the veg selection can be slim pickings, and Local Greens would like to trial a new offering of dry goods to get you through it.

Interested? Take the one question, one minute survey to let us know!

  • Spring Garlic
  • Salads – mixed, sorrel, mustard leaf
  • Butterhead lettuce
  • Pak Choi
  • Rhubarb
  • Jerusalem Artichokes
