Description

This dish was made by Jean's daughter for a family bbq. It went down well with all ages. 

Ingredients

4 T
flour
1 T
tomato puree
1⁄4 t
ground nutmeg
1⁄4 t
cayenne
1 t
Paprika
1 t
ground cumin
1
Chopped red chilli
2
garlic cloves
2 T
mint
3
spring onion
250 g
plain tofu peeasedro remove excess liquid.

Instructions

Put all ingredients except flour in bowl, mash till well combined with potato masher. Gradually add flour till it come together and then shape into koftas.

Grill or bbq.
