Description

Traditional spicy vegetable pakoras. So scrumptious.

Ingredients

250 g
spinach (rouchly chopped )
250 g
carrots
250 g
potatoes
150 g
chickpeas
1  
onion
2  
Red Chillies
1 t
Whole cumin seeds
3 t
garam masala

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together
  2. Add just enough luke warm water to create a paste
  3. Add more flour if needed (the consistency should be firm enough for you to mould in your hands as it will be fried in a little oil to create the pakoras, so if it's too runny it wont work)
  4. Fry in hot oil turning every 2-3 minutes until lightly crisp and brown
  5. Serve with a traditional mango chutney
