A spicy red pepper dressing for cooked French and runner beans

Good news! The runner bean is making a comeback and its unsurprising with killer dressing combinations like this one.
44 red peppers (deseeded and roughly chopped)
3red onions, ( roughly chopped)
4cloves of garlic
1 tfennel seeds
1 tcoriander seeds
1 tcumin seeds
pndried chilli flakes
2 Tcaster sugar
3 Tbalsamic vinegar
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6.
- Place all the ingredients in a large roasting tray, except the coriander leaves. Roast together for 30 minutes until slightly caramelised. Blitz in a food processor and season well.
- Toss cooked French and runner beans in the dressing and sprinkle with coriander.
