Quick Celeriac Remoulade

Ingredients

Mayonnaise
3 T
Dijon mustard
1
lemon (Juice only)
1
Celeriac (Small, approx 650g)
 
Toast (To serve)
 
watercress (To serve)
 
salt
 
Black pepper

Instructions

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and add salt and pepper.
Peel, quarter and grate celeriac.
Stir into sauce until evenly coated.
Serve with toast and watercress.

NOTES : The remoulade will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
