Herby Buckwheat Salad

Great for any type of BBQ!
150g of buckwheat, cover with water, bring to boil, then turn really like and cook till all water gone and grains seperate.
Wizz last of mint, some parsley and any other fresh herbs with generous glug of olive oil in magimix.
Stir into buckwheat until well mixed, season, add any other salad veg that takes your fancy, such as cherry Tom's or diced cucumber.
Serve with tomato and fava bean stew.
