Description

Grilled Tofu Wraps

Ingredients

Tofu block (Firm, marinated)
1⁄4 c
Soy sauce (plus 2 tablespoons)
2 T
sesame oil

Butter Lettuce
1 c
carrots (Grated)
1 c
red cabbage (sliced thin)
1⁄4
red onion (sliced thin)

radishes (matchsticked)
2 T
mirin
1 T
fish sauce
1⁄2
lime (Juice only)
1 clv
garlic (Minced)
1
Habanero Pepper (Minced very finely - optional)
 
Kimchi (Sliced)
 
Bean sprouts
 
coriander
 
basil
 
mint

Instructions

Mix all the dressing ingredients together:
Soy Sauce (2T)
Mirin
Fish Sauce
Lime Juice
Garlic
Habanero
 
Mix the veggies together:
Carrots
Red cabbage
Cucumber
Red Onion
Radishes
 
Pour the dressing over the veggies and stir it together.  Let it sit together for a few minutes to let the flavours blend
Slice the tofu in 3 even sized blocks
Press the blocks with paper towel to abosrb some of the liquid 
Drizzle the blocks with soy sauce (2T) and sesame oil
Cook for 5 minutes per side on a very hot grill to sear
Slice into sticks
 
Use 2 pieces of lettuce per wrap, scoop in some salad, pile some tofu slices and top with your chosen topping:
Kimchi
Bean sprouts
Coriander
Basil
Mint
