Asian style Black Spanish Radish

Ingredients

2 T
extra virgin olive oil
1 lb
Spanish Radishes (Cut into cubes)
1⁄4 c
Rice wine (Or white wine vinegar)
1  
onion (Small)
1⁄4 c
water
2 t
honey

Instructions

1.  Sautee radishes and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil for 2 minutes
2.  Add vinegar and water, cook until translucent and tender
3.  Add honey and cook until honey is dissolved
