Description

Broccoli with garlic and anchovies

Ingredients

  • 250g broccoli, split into florets
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 4 anchovies fillets, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Steam the brocolli. In another pan heat the oilve oil, add the garlic and anchovies and cook, stirring till the anchovies melt. Toss in the cooked broccoli and season with black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
