My bag was missing
Please email us at info@localgreens.net if you can’t find the right bag at your pick-up and we’ll try to find out why. We guarantee your bags to be available for collections on Thursday/Friday.

There was an item missing from my bag
We sometimes have to substitute one item for another if there’s been a problem with quality or quantities, we will update Whats in our bag section on the website and / or email you if this is the case. Please check your emails and the website if you feel something is missing. If it’s an omission on our part, please email us at info@localgreens.net and we will put extra items in your bag next week – and label it specifically for you to collect.
